Cancellation Policy

Due to circumstances the 24 hour cancellation policy has been waved. If you’re sick don’t come in! Period! Just let us know that you can’t make it and we can get you rescheduled. Please do not reschedule your appointment through the website. If you do it will have to pay the deposit again. We can make the changes with no additional payment. Other people are trying to book appointments and we need to keep the schedule as accurate as possible. NO CALL, NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY BOOKINGS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DEPOSIT REFUND. All appointments that need to be canceled need to be done 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Appointments canceled under 24 hours in advance of the appointment time are subject to a surcharge of up to 50% of the original deposit paid. Appointments being rescheduled will require an additional 5$ fee if we are notified under 24 hours in advance. If further rescheduling is required further charges may apply. Please be sure to know when your appointment is and that the time frame you are scheduling works for you.
